These Terms of Use apply to your use of petroots.store and purchases from Petroots, operated by Yiwu Jinhe Pet Supplies Co., Ltd. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Using our website
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us, creating an account or placing an order. You must be legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the payment method you provide. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access, submit malicious material or use another person’s account without permission.
2. Product information and sizing
Petroots offers dog and cat beds. Review the description, available options, dimensions and care information for the particular product before ordering. Size labels vary between products; use the actual measurements rather than assuming that Small, Medium or Large has a universal meaning.
Product colors can appear differently on different screens. If you need clarification about a material, measurement or feature, contact us before placing your order. Our Dog & Cat Bed Size Guide offers general measuring advice; the selected product’s specifications determine its dimensions.
3. Prices and payments
Store prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD), including for customers in Canada. Review the items, selected options and total shown at checkout before submitting an order.
Credit-card payments are handled through the payment options shown at checkout. Review the payment details and order total before authorizing a transaction. Use only a card you are authorized to use, and never send card numbers or security codes by email or through our contact form.
Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or other charges when paying in USD from a non-USD account. These are determined by your issuer.
4. Orders and corrections
Check your contact details, shipping address and selected product options before ordering. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Our ability to change or cancel an order depends on whether processing or dispatch has already taken place.
If an availability, pricing or delivery issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available next steps. We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price without your agreement.
5. Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada through China Post. Shipping is free on all orders to these countries, with no minimum purchase. Import customs duties are paid by Petroots.
Order processing takes an estimated 1–2 business days, transit takes an estimated 6–8 business days, and total delivery is estimated at 7–10 business days from placing the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier disruptions, weather or customs checks. 6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. For non-quality returns and exchanges, the product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back for a non-quality return or exchange.
For a confirmed quality problem, damage or an incorrect item, we cover the applicable shipping costs and offer a refund or replacement. Contact us before sending any product back; we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
For an eligible return, the refund is expected to reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for the complete process, including direct refunds where no return is required.
7. Accounts and customer communications
If you create an account, keep your login details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Provide an email address you can access so we can communicate about your order. Do not include passwords, card numbers or unrelated sensitive information in customer-service messages.

Website text, photographs, graphics and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights held by Petroots or their respective owners. Do not reproduce or use protected material beyond what the owner or applicable law permits.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you have a concern about a product, payment, delivery or these terms, contact us with the relevant details so we can review it and work toward a resolution.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting the revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Updates do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order. Check the current terms before making a new purchase.
