This policy describes personal information handled through petroots.store, customer enquiries and orders for delivery to the United States and Canada.
1. Information you provide
When you contact us, submit an order or use an account feature, we process the information you provide for that activity. If you email photos to explain a product problem, those photos become part of the enquiry.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords or unnecessary identity documents by email or through the contact form.
